The Visionary Award

The Visionary Award is presented to individuals in entertainment who's work has expanded and re-imagined the entertainment industry, propelling us toward the future and redefining the way in which we experience media.

This year's Visionary Award is being presented to the Co-founders of Oculus VR, Inc., Mr. Brendan Iribe and Mr. Palmer Luckey, for their progressive work in virtual reality technology; particularly the Oculus Rift, a virtual reality head-mounted display designed for video gaming that now has potential to reinvent virtual reality media on a larger scale.

Accepting the award on Mr. Iribe and Mr. Luckey's behalf is honored guest Mr. Colum Slevin, General Manager of the San Francisco Oculus Team.
