Drawing & Painting
The drawing and painting emphasis is designed for students who demonstrate effective use of color theory, perspective, composition, and can use appropriate style and techniques when creating form.
The printmaking emphasis is designed for students who demonstrate technical proficiency in the six major components of printmaking (etching, lithography, silkscreen, monotype, relief and book arts) as well as editioning. Students can take classes in: Book Arts, Screen Printing, Etching, Letterpress and Lithography.
The sculpture emphasis is designed for students who demonstrate understanding of three-dimensional composition, crafting (technical skill) and applying underlying concept to the overall sculpted solution.
