SUMMER HOSPITALITY PROGRAM, 2010

Experience Academy of Art University's state-of-the-art, urban campus located in the heart of San Francisco.

HOSPITALITY PROGRAM OVERVIEW

  • Two-night complimentary stay in Academy of Art University housing
  • Each room accommodates a prospective student and one guest
  • Appointment with an Admissions Representative and Financial Aid Representative
  • Academy of Art University state-of-the-art campus and facilities tour
  • Availability is first come first served. RSVP now for priority consideration.
  • Guests are responsible for airfare, meals and transportation

ELIGIBILITY

  • Guests under the age of 18 are welcome to participate when accompanied by an adult
  • Previous hospitality stay guests, Bay Area residents and current students enrolled for Summer 2010 and beyond do not qualify

HOW TO APPLY

  • Complete information on Summer Hospitality Program 2010 Reservation Form and indicate preferred dates, or print and complete the print version (PDF).
  • A confirmation e-mail along with additional arrival documents will be sent within 3 business days.
  • If arrival documents are not completed and returned, your reservation may be canceled.
  • Please allow 3 business days to process reservation requests

June 26 – July 2
July 5 – August 6
* Sunday stays are not permitted

There is no check-in available on housing move-in days (June 14 - 15 & June 23 - 25), July 3 - 4 or on any Sunday.

CHECK-IN INFORMATION

  • Step 1: Check in at the Housing Office located at:
    • 79 New Montgomery St, San Francisco, CA 94105
      Monday – Friday: 9AM - 11AM or 1PM - 2PM only
      Saturday: 9AM - 11AM or 12PM - 1PM only
  • Step 2: Check in at assigned residence hall between 3PM – 5PM , Monday – Saturday only
