The International House (or I-House as it is more commonly known) is a co-ed residence hall at 860 Sutter. The residence hall is housed in a turn-of-the-century six-story building. The building is open to both domestic and international students who are open to sharing with and learning about students from a diverse array of cultures and countries.

Rooms offer adjoining bathrooms (2 rooms share a full bathroom), shared bathrooms, or community bathrooms for the entire floor. The residence hall has a computer lab available for student use.

Residents also enjoy the pool table, video game equipment, and cable TV located in the lounge.

Students of this residence hall have the luxury of an in house dining hall. The I-House Café, which is located in the basement of the building, is open to any student with a valid meal plan.
