  • Peripheral devices (Zip 100MB, Zip 250MB, CD burner/DVD burner package)
    Note: 23 workstations have additional DVD-RW
  • Flatbed scanners
  • Printers:
    • HP B&W laser printers
    • HP Color DesignJet 750C plotter handling paper sizes up to 36" x 24" paper
    • HP Color DeskJet 960C inkjet printer handling paper sizes up to 8.5" x 11" paper

Video Lab

Our video lab offers:

Four NewTek Toaster and Premiere digitizing and I/O stations with VHS decks, and 2 Final Cut Pro Stations with DV and VHS I/O capacity. (One FCP station also features a Beta input jack.)

The Video Lab operates a Green Screen Stage to support courses that show fundamentals in Green Screen techniques. Students may also submit their work to the Video Lab for output to Broadcast Standard Beta SP, capturing the highest resolution for their digital portfolio. Some limited audio sweetening and DVD authoring is also available and is scheduled through the Video Lab.
