Professional Opportunities

As a Multimedia Communications student, you will begin your professional career on day one. Starting with first semester class assignments, you will begin telling and producing stories. As you advance though the program you will learn to put it all together and create video and audio packages in the fully equipped TV broadcast studio and the Urban Knights Radio station.

Throughout your student career, you will gain hands-on experience both behind the scenes and on-camera. Your assignments will give you the opportunity to explore sportscasting, fashion journalism, investigative reporting, interactive and multimedia development or covering anything from entertainment to food to finance.
