CGI Studio Selects Academy Students/Alum for Apprenticeship
Rhythm & Hues, a leading CGI studio, has selected four Academy alumni and students to
participate in their coveted Apprenticeship Program.
Rhythm & Hues long list of projects include
Scooby-Doo 2,
Dr. Seuss' The Cat in the Hat, and
Elf. The program, designed to identify candidates suitable for entry-level Digital
Artist/Technical Director studio positions, consists of three weeks of training, one week on a
simulated production, and ends with an evaluation.
MFA student B. Pavani Rao, and alumni Carolyn Ee, Erik Vitolins, and Jonahtan Mangagil were
selected by the studio to participate in the program. Rhythm & Hues selected more students and
alum from the Academy of Art University than from any other school.
