Matt Tyrnauer is a Special Correspondent at

Ben and Chris Ospital - founders and owners of MAC - Modern
Appealing Clothing, located in the Hayes Valley district of San Francisco. The
New York Times calls MAC "a good place to remember that
you really can’t buy style. Style is evolutionary, egalitarian, deeply curious, often weird and

constant bumper crop of new discoveries. But for those having trouble finding their own
inspirations, MAC has almost always been there."
Monica Carlson - Vice President of Inventory and Planning,
Merchandise Operations and Business Intelligence for Sephora. Carlson has been a beauty industry
executive for over 25 years with experience in retail merchandising for Nordstrom and Sephora, and
in brand sales for Chanel, Bobbi Brown and Smashbox Cosmetics. Prior to joining Sephora, she was
the Field Vice President for Speciality Brands Group handling Shu Uemura and Giorgio Armani.
Dawn Dzedzy - Director of Marketing for Saks Fifth Avenue
San Francisco Bay Area. Dzedzy’s previous experience in retail marketing includes Senior Manager of
