Hospitality Program Overview
» Two-night complimentary stay in an Academy of Art University Residence Hall. Each room accommodates a prospective student and one guest.
» Appointments with an Admissions Representative and Financial Aid Representative.
» Academy of Art University state-of-the-art campus and facilities tour.
» Availability is first come, first served; RSVP now for priority consideration.
» Guests are responsible for airfare, meals and transportation.
Eligibility
» Students previously or currently enrolled in classes at Academy of Art University are not eligible, unless all classes were part of the Pre-College Art Experience.
» Guests under the age of 18 are welcome to participate only when accompanied by an adult.
» Previous hospitality stay guests and local residents within 200 miles of San Francisco do not qualify.
» All 2013 Summer Pre-College students and 2013 Summer new students & applicants may participate May 30th-June 8th only.

» Complete information located below and indicate preferred dates.
» A confirmation email along with additional arrival documents will be sent within 3 business days.
» If arrival documents are not completed and returned, your reservation may be cancelled.
» Please allow 3 business days to process reservation requests.
