CAMPUS HOUSING REQUIREMENTS FOR 2013 SUMMER EXPO ONLINE STUDENTS

  • Must arrive on Saturday, June 22nd and check into building between 3PM-7PM
  • *It is recommended that all students and their guests have Health Insurance. *Optional
  • $300 Housing Deposit (Partially Refundable pending any room damages)
    • To pay the deposit, please call Accounts Receivable at 415-618-6429. Online payments are unavailable at this time. Make sure to inform the Accounts Receivable representative that you would like to pay your $300 deposit for the Summer Expo.
  • Summer Expo Online Students must be participating in the 2013 Summer Expo program from June 22 through June 30.
  • Application cancellation:
    • Summer Expo Online Students may cancel their housing application and receive a full housing deposit refund if they notify the Department of Housing in writing by 5PM PST Saturday, June 15, 2013
    • Summer Expo Online Student must read, sign and adhere to the 2013 Housing Rules and Regulations for the 2013 Summer Expo Housing program. Violations of any of the rules or regulations may result in immediate removal from campus housing.

Please note that your application is not completed and will not be processed without a completed payment of the $300 Housing Deposit. The Housing Deposit is an out of pocket expense which can not be covered by financial aid. $160 of the deposit will be refunded to those who register and pay before 5PM on April 15, 2013. ($20 a night for 7 nights). $90 of the deposit will be refunded to those who register and pay after 5PM on April 15, 2013. ($30 a night for 7 nights) These refunds will be paid pending an assessment of the room for damages. The refund process takes 4-6 weeks on average.
