Academy of Art University Student Work Featured in CMYK Magazine

The Academy of Art University is proud to announce that three of our advertising students recently had work featured in CMYK Magazine. Adolfo Alcala & Ozan Aslan's work for their TIVO campaign was featured in the issue 32 of CMYK. Francis Chang's work for Braun’s Electric Shaver was also featured.

After six years studying economics in Turkey, Ozan Aslan knew that he wanted to transition to a career in advertising. Aslan cites Academy instructors such as Mike Lee and Chris Bull as the inspiration for much of his recent success, especially the TIVO campaign, which was a project for Lee & Bell's Campaign Design class.

The Academy strives to create opportunities for our students to get their work seen not just in student competitions but also in the marketplace. When they graduate, not only will they have a portfolio to be proud of but they also may potentially have a reputation in the industry to build on.

Aslan is currently working on three more campaigns, and hopes to one day find work as an art director. The Academy plans to continue helping students like Aslan, Alcala, and Chang follow their dreams. Congratulations again to these fine students.
