Neil Gilks earned his Undergraduate and Master’s Degrees in Womenswear and Menswear Design at Central St. Martin’s College of Art and Design (CSM). His fashion career highlights include the development of several London-based labels, the relaunch of the iconic house, Ossie Clark and a directorship at Diane von Furstenberg.

Anna is a trained graphic designer with a background in architecture. From managing design departments to leading creative teams at digital agencies her career has spanned many areas in marketing communications. She’s been on the forefront of the evolution from pre-digital to post-digital and the use of various social media platforms for ad campaigns.

Academy of Art University will host a major international Jewelry and Metal Arts exhibit “A Timeline” from Oct 28th to Nov 21st at the Atelier Gallery in San Francisco, CA. It will display an array of wearable and decorative art from the Academy’s top students, alumni, and faculty at the School of Jewelry & Metal Arts, along with prominent guest artists from Hsuan Chuang University, a private Buddhist university in Taiwan.

A professional illustrator and fine artist, Dr. Maughan has provided numerous illustrations for such companies as DreamWorks, CBS, Universal Studios, Chevrolet, Doubleday, Oxford University Press, to name but a few. His work has been represented by major galleries and publishers, domestically and internationally. Dr. Maughan’s book, The Artist’s Complete Guide to Drawing the Head, was published in 2004.
