Executive Director of Graphic Design
An intensely collaborative role, a designer is critical to almost every organization. Tasked with maintaining brand consistency and voice across mediums, the designer’s role will vary by organization but will always be tasked with creating effective and elegant graphic solutions to a myriad of problems.
As an visual designer, you’ll be responsible for the visual and emotional impact of a communications piece. Working with other teams, you’ll oversee the direction and emotional response of a project and enhance the brand’s voice.
Working with visual designers, interactive designers are responsible for the structure and frameworks for design elements. Utilizing research, user testing, and brand voice, interactive designers establish groundwork for structural success.
As a senior designer, you’ll take a more active role in concepting, leading, and managing projects independently. Manage junior teams, establish a consistent visual language, and drive brand and experience values.
As a creative director, you’ll guide and direct junior teams to set a high bar for creativity within your organization. You’ll be responsible for setting a high-level vision for projects, and managing teams to achieve brand and client success.
Working closely with clients to develop brand strategies and business futures, a brand manager/strategist is usually a senior level creative in large organizations. Set the tone and direction for creative work with insights, brand management, and trend analysis.
