The Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)* Degree – 162 Units

Students enrolled in the B.Arch (Candidacy Status) program will complete 162 units, consisting of the following:

Students must earn a total of 162 semester units with an overall cumulative grade-point average of at least 2.0 in order to receive their degree. In addition to the major architecture courses, students must complete a minimum of 3 courses of History of Architecture, 1 Quantitative Literacy course, 1 Advanced Math course, 1 Physics course, 1 Social Factors & Historical Awareness course, 2 Written Communications courses, 1 Culture & Human Behaviors course and 1 Urban Studies course. A Petition to Graduate form must be filed by students with the Student Services Office prior to their last semester if they are to be eligible for graduation at the end of that semester. Students should contact their Student Advisor for detailed information regarding the petition period and deadlines.

Track I - (Qualified Professional Bachelor of Architecture Degree + 63 Graduate Credits)
Track II - (Qualified Undergraduate Degree in a Field Other than Architecture + 87 Graduate Credits)
