Graduate Architecture Lab
The Graduate Architecture Lab is accessible only by School of Architecture department students.
Workstations
- 8 HP Vectra's
- 4 Dell Precision 670 (Dual Intel Xeon 3.0 CPU's and 1GB,DDR SDRAM 400MHz ECC Memory, 256MB PCIe x16 NVidia Quadro FX 3450 Graphic Card)
- (9 more Dells will be added during the 2006 calendar year)
Scanners
- 1 Epson 15000+ Scanner SP
- 1 HP 4000ps DesignJet Plotter with state of the art media / color calibration software (Onyx Rip Solution)
- 1 New Software package: Archi-CAD (Architecture Department only)
Interior Architecture & Design Lab
Lab Hours: 8:30am - 10:00pm
Extended Hours (midterms & finals): 8am - 12am (midnight)
The IAD Lab is accessible by IAD and Architecture department students.

Workstations
The IAD lab offers dozens of workstations for student use, including HP 2100s and HP D530s. The workstations include the following software: AutoCAD 2006, ADT 2006, 3D Viz 2006, FormZ 5.5, Sketchup 5, Pantone Bridge and Colorist, PhotoShop CS2, Illustrator CS2, InDesign CS2, Acrobat 7, Dreamweaver MX, Flash MX, Onyx RIP software
Scanners, Printers, and Plotters
- 2 Epson 10000+ scanners
- 2 large format Ricoh Aficio RW-240W black-and-white copiers
- 3 color LaserJet printers (HP CLJ 4650hdn, HP CLJ 8500n, and a HP CLJ 9550hdn)
- 4 other 36"-wide plotters
- 5 HP DesignJet printers
- 3 Epson GT10000 scanners
Other Facilities
Undergraduate and Graduate IAD/Architecture students share the 800 square-foot materials library / plotting room, as well as the model shop, which is equipped with drill press, band saw, scroll saw, table saw, belt sander, and miscellaneous hand tools.
