Pre-College Summer Program

Summer Pre-College

• Six-week intensive program offers up to four classes
• Twice a week for two hours and 50 minutes on either Mon./Thu. or Tue./Fri.  
• A glimpse into college life and helps determine if art & design is the right choice
• Non-refundable/non-transferable $525 registration fee for Summer semester

• Students can take up to four classes in the Summer semester.

Pre-College Summer Program Dates

Housing

• Academy housing is available to Pre-College Summer Program students at a special low cost
• Must be between the ages of 15*-18 to be eligible for housing
• Program is an intensive art program, and is not a "summer camp"
• Safety is first priority; students staying in housing must be mature and responsible

• Apply online: 2007/2008 Housing Application (select Pre-College Summer Program when selecting the semester!).

* All 15 year olds are required to submit two (2) Letters of Reference. The letter must be from a school-teacher and another from either an employer or from non-profit organization where the high school student has done volunteer work.

• Chaperoned recreational, cultural, and community oriented activities
