Your “rep” will assist you through the admissions process, and make sure that your application best reflects your abilities.

Here’s How it Works

Step One: Connect with us.

Request more information or call us at 1-415-274-2222 and we will assign you a personal admissions representative. Your rep will partner with you to explore what the Academy has to offer, help answer your questions, and also set up a guided campus tour. Get started now.

Step Two: Getting to know you.

It's all about you. Your admissions rep will set a time to get a more in-depth view of your interests and career goals. Their objective is to help you discover the degree program that best fits your interests and walk you through the application process. Let us help you get started. Step Three: Complete your application.

If you haven’t done it yet, now is the time to finish the online application form. We’ve made the process simple, and applying only takes about 15 minutes. Remember, your rep is your partner and can answer any questions about the application process.

Step Four: Let's talk funding.

Once you’ve applied, your admissions rep will schedule a meeting with one of our financial aid representatives to inform you of financial resources available and your potential options. Our goal is to develop and tailor a personalized financial plan to meet your educational needs.

Step Five: Register for classes.

You’re almost finished with the application process. Now it’s time to register for classes. Classes fill up fast, so you’ll want register as soon as possible to ensure you get the classes you want. You'll also get a chance to set up your profile on the student portal and submit any remaining required documents.

Step Six: Welcome to the Academy.

Your final step is to attend orientation. Meet your classmates, get to know your director, make new friends, learn about campus life, explore clubs, athletics, and more. Wait there's one more step—don't be late for your first class.
