School of Web Design & New Media

The School of Web Design & New Media maintains constant alignment with the needs and requirements of the industry. The Web Design & New Media program anticipates new and emerging platforms while instructing students in the aesthetics of design.

Students in the new media and web design school are career-minded creatives who insist on nothing less than the most up-to-date techniques of communication paired with intelligent concept development. They use cutting-edge digital tools to create interactive designs for mobile devices and the web. The School of Web Design & New Media provides instruction in core design principles and tools including typography, vector illustration, imaging and digital photography. Students apply these skills to visual design for new media, video design and motion graphics. User experience design (UX) is emphasized and applied to all areas of user interface and web development.
