Note: Classes for Spring 2024 begin Monday, February 5, 2024. If you're unable to complete the admissions application process by Monday, February 5, 2024, please consider applying for the next term.














  • Upon receipt of complete application, the Academy will send notification of acceptance and an I-20 that enables you an F-1 student visa.
  • Transfer students must meet with an International Student Advisor within the first 15 days of classes to recieve a transfer I-20.
  • All International transfer students must complete the same application requirements as new international students.

It is the student's responsibility to request all transcripts. I hereby digitally authorize the above institutions, at which I attended, to release an official copy of my academic transcript(s) to Academy of Art University. I also acknowledge that the transcript being requested will be evaluated in terms of meeting the admissions transcript requirement and not for transfer credit. It is my responsibility to request transcripts from other institutions where academic credit may be transferable.
