APPLY FOR HOUSING NOW

Room Selection

If you are seeking Spring or Summer housing, you will be emailed information on how to list your housing choices after you have completed the online application and paid your deposit. All applicants for the Spring and Summer semester will have their rooms assigned by the Department of Housing and Residence Life.

If you are looking for Fall Housing, complete the online application and check your email inbox for detailed information on the housing selection process and how to participate. Please make sure to check both your inbox and spam folder frequently. Student participation in Room Selection is only available when entering Housing in the Fall semester.

Housing Costs

The housing rate is based on the type of room you select and the number of roommates you have. Paying for housing out of pocket? Your housing payment is due in full for the semester before you move into campus housing. Paying for housing with financial aid? Please work directly with the Financial Aid department to ensure the cost of housing will be covered. They need to verify your coverage with the Housing Department before you can move into campus housing.

Housing Deposit

An initial deposit of $500 is due with your application. This deposit carries over all semesters you remain in campus housing. Per the Housing License Agreement, $75 is taken out of your housing deposit each semester for general building maintenance. You are responsible for replenishing you housing deposit each semester so that the balance is always $500. Additional cleaning, damages, and conduct-related fines are also deducted from the housing deposit. You do not need to pay a new deposit as long as you continue living in campus housing; you just need to maintain a balance of $500.
