Steve Kotton has more than 30 years of experience in visual communication productions. He is the co-owner and Director of Production for New Material, Inc., that syndicates science and technology programming to broadcast networks and the web. His prior company, Pacific Video Resources was a pioneer in digital media production creating live satellite broadcasts, streamed webcasts, live action and VFX for video games, and syndicated series. Kotton was the Director of Digital Education Productions and a Producer and Director for HGTV, PBS, the DIY Network, The History Channel, and projects for ABC and Westinghouse Broadcasting. He is a Director member of the Directors Guild of America.  In his career he has won many awards including 4 Emmys, a Clio and an International Film and Video Festival Award for Creative Excellence.  As an accomplished Director of Photography in film and digital cinema, he has won accolades for his work on many independent features and shorts.
