- Under-21 Housing Rate Sheet for Fall 2018–Spring 2019
- Over-21 Housing Rate Sheet for Fall 2018–Spring 2019
- Summer 2018 Housing Rate Sheet
Rent is based on the type of room you select and the number of roommates you have. See the Building & Room Type Guide for more.
Paying for housing out of pocket? Rent is due in full for the semester before you move into campus housing.
Paying for housing with financial aid? Please work directly with the Financial Aid department to ensure the cost of housing will be covered. They need to verify your coverage with the Housing Department before you can move into campus housing.
An initial deposit of $500 is due with your application. This deposit carries over all semesters you remain in campus housing.
Per the Housing License Agreement, $75 is taken out of your housing deposit each semester for general building maintenance. You are responsible for replenishing you housing deposit each semester so that the balance is always $500.
Additional cleaning, damages, and conduct-related fines are also deducted from the housing deposit. You do not need to pay a new deposit as long as you continue living in campus housing; you just need to maintain a balance of $500.
