Academy of Art University has partnered with BankMobile Disbursements, a financial services company, to provide students with electronic options for refunds. BankMobile is committed to transparently providing students with choices.

If you might be due money back from Academy of Art University at any point during your academic career, you can receive this money via direct deposit to your existing account, via paper check, or you can open a new BankMobile Vibe account.

If you decide to open a BankMobile Vibe account as your refund method, it is important to note that BankMobile does not have traditional bank branches. In addition to online banking, Vibe students can withdraw cash with no fees at any Allpoint Network ATM. These accounts have no monthly fees while you are in school, no overdraft fees, no purchase fees, free checks, and several electronic transfer options available.

Once you have successfully selected a refund preference you can access your refund management profile by logging in at www.refundselection.com. Please note that if your tuition and fees are funded with a Parent PLUS loan, a paper check will be issued to the parent borrower regardless of the student refund method selected. Along with the first PLUS check will be information on how your parent can create a sponsor profile to approve future parent refunds to be issued to your preferred refund method instead.
