Comic Book

About this course

Students will explore the fun and exciting styles and techniques of comic book illustration and storytelling – step by step. Going panel by panel, students will see how to create in a way sure to bring entertainment to many by using either existing stories or their own tales. Through these simple, easy to learn, basic comic-storytelling conventions, used by professional comic book artists today, students will conclude by creating a humorous, dramatic, or fantasy one-page comic from a story of their choice in 3 to 6 panels. This class will set you on the path to visually telling your stories your way!
