About this course

Build characters from the outside in. You’ll explore how physical behaviors can be used to create characters and focus on rhythm, appetite, status, psychological gesture, and object manipulation. Work with masks, mime, neutral mask, clown, commedia dell’arte, and contemporary archetypes to enhance your work. (This course is cross-listed with ACT 340.)

Prerequisites: [On campus English as a Second Language students must pass EAP level 4.]
