The purpose of this class is to produce films that tell stories cinematically without the use of dialogue. This course is designed to give students an introduction to the technical and conceptual aspects of DV cinematography through short format filmmaking.

Art History Thesis – Modern and Contemporary

Write an original thesis on the art/architecture (or design) of the twentieth and twenty-first centuries. You will independently craft a scholarly idea/argument on a subject/theme of your choice (from Impressionism to modernism and/or postmodernism), before writing a final thesis on the same topic with the support of a specialist advisor.
