About this course

Create visually compelling dynamic effects using Houdini, with a focus on pyro, destruction, and hybrid FX workflows used in visual effects production. You will explore pre-fracturing workflows, rigid body simulation, smoke, fire, explosions, debris, and supporting particle effects, while also developing skills in lighting, shading, rendering, and pipeline considerations for dynamics-based effects. (This course is cross-listed with ANM 354.)
