Tuition Cost Comparison

Imagine learning automobile design from the man who designed the first generation Mazda Miata. Or learning fashion design from someone who worked alongside Alexander McQueen throughout his career as classmate, co-designer, collaborator, and friend. Or learning animation and visual effects from people who currently work at places like Walt Disney Studios, Pixar Animation Studios, Dreamworks Animation, Sony Entertainment, Jim Henson Studios, Sega, Reel FX, Digital Domain, and Amazon Studios, among others.

No need to imagine because these are some of our instructors at Academy of Art University. There are many more examples, spanning each of our more than 40 degree programs. Most people would expect to pay a premium to study with these professionals in a city that is surrounded by top studios and companies. But at Academy of Art University, our goal is to help make college more affordable. Starting with free courses in our pre-college art experience program to help explore your interests and to provide a guide towards your education. The pre-college art experience program also leads to scholarship opportunities.
