Proof of high school completion.
Submit your official transcripts by emailing to Transcripts@academyart.edu or the issuing institution can send via mail in a sealed envelope to: Academy of Art University Attn: Office of The Registrar 79 New Montgomery St. San Francisco, California 94105 Note: Academy of Art University can only evaluate transcripts that have been translated and notarized in English. For assistance on transcripts, please contact your Admissions Representative at 1-800-544-2787.
Transfer credit evaluation.
We evaluate coursework from accredited colleges and universities that carry the same or similar credit system as Academy of Art University. Applicable transfer credits must be completed with an equivalent grade of “C” or above.
Show us your work.
One way to increase the amount of credits that we transfer to the Academy is to show us examples of your work. Sending us your portfolio or samples of your work will also help us advance you to the courses that best fit your level of expertise.
