Teams meet regularly to review gameplay, artwork, production goals, and timelines while learning how to communicate effectively throughout the development process.

Strong communication is essential in modern game development, especially in collaborative environments that include both on-campus and online students. Successful game teams rely on clear organization, regular feedback, and constant coordination to keep projects moving forward.

To support that process, students use tools like Discord to stay connected, manage schedules, and collaborate across teams. Students also learn to work with Perforce, an industry-standard system used by professional game studios to organize assets and manage production workflows.

Learning these communication and production tools helps students better understand how real studios operate while preparing them for professional team environments after graduation.
