Matchmoving

Practice live-action 3D camera tracking. You’ll learn to measure the environment, gather camera information, and apply tracking markers to prepare for a matchmove in a live action set. (This course is cross-listed with ANM 352.)

Scripting for VFX and Riggers

Combining your artistic talents with your technical abilities, you’ll use Python language to build a solid foundation of programming skills, which can be applied in many DCCs including Maya, Nuke, and Houdini. The production industry continues to evolve, demanding more from the emerging artist. To understand the mechanics of motion in the musculoskeletal system of the human body, you’ll pose and sculpt models with accurate balance, weight, and anatomy.
